Privacy notice
This page covers the website. I'll explain how I look after your information as a client when we start working together.
Who I am
Azolla Counselling is run by Emily, who is the data controller for any personal information you share with me. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB326273.
This website
- No cookies. This site doesn't set any cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. I don't use Google Analytics or any other tracking.
- No forms. The site doesn't collect any information from you. If you get in touch, it's by your own phone or email.
- Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is shared with Google when you visit.
- Map. The map on the contact page only loads if you choose to show it. Once loaded, it's provided by Google and their privacy policy applies.
- Hosting. Like most websites, my hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact me
If you call, text or email me, I'll use your details only to respond to your enquiry. If you decide not to go ahead, I'll delete your personal data within 2 weeks, or sooner if you ask.
If you become a client, I'll explain how I keep your information, how long I keep it and your rights when we go through the counselling contract.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email emily@azollacounselling.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
